TERMS OF USE

These terms cover robotinc.fun and building RO/BOT robots. Robot Inc. ("we") runs the site. By using the site, or by sending $RO to the robot address, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site and don't send anything.

1. WHAT THIS IS

$RO is a memecoin on Solana. RO/BOTs are 1,000 collectible NFTs. Nothing here is an investment, a security we issue, a savings product or a promise of any return. $RO and robots can lose all of their value. Nothing on this site or our social accounts is financial, legal or tax advice.

2. WHO CAN USE IT

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms.
• You may not use the site where buying, holding or receiving $RO, robots or $BOT is illegal, or if you are subject to sanctions.
• $BOT is a tokenized security issued by Backpack Securities, not by us. You are responsible for checking that you're allowed to hold and receive it where you live.

3. BUILDING A ROBOT

• You build a robot by sending $RO from your own wallet to the robot address shown on the site, signing the transfer yourself. The robot is created in the wallet that sent the $RO.
• Never send from an exchange or a shared wallet. A robot sent to an exchange's wallet is out of our reach.
• $RO that arrives through a swap, a program or a delegate, or that lands in any account other than the one the site shows, can't be matched to a sender automatically. It is kept and handled by hand, which can take time.
• Every $RO transfer pays a 3% transfer tax set by the token itself. The rest of a robot's price is burned, and burns are final.
• Prices rise every 100 robots. Your price is the price of the next robot when your $RO lands on-chain, in on-chain order. If the price rises first, your $RO is held as credit so you can top up.
• Credit that doesn't complete a robot within 24 hours is sent back automatically, minus the 3% transfer tax. Very small amounts may not be sent back automatically.
• During the first 48 hours after the line opens, each wallet can build up to 3 robots. $RO sent beyond that is sent back.
• $RO sent before the line opens or after all 1,000 robots exist is sent back.
• Only $RO is returned automatically. SOL or other tokens sent to the robot address can only be returned by hand, if at all.
• Returns go to your wallet's main $RO account. We never open accounts for anyone, so if you closed yours, or it can't receive, your return is set aside and handled by hand.
• Each robot's traits are drawn from a fixed, published set of 1,000 combinations using data from its build transaction. We don't choose who gets which robot.

4. REWARDS

• Rewards to $RO holders are paid by stonk.fun, the launchpad, from the $RO transfer tax. Rewards to robot holders are paid from the Vault wallet's share of those same payouts, split equally per robot.
• All rewards come only from trading volume. They go up and down, can stop entirely, and are never guaranteed. Figures on the site are past payouts, not promises.
• Payouts to robot holders run in rounds once enough $BOT has built up. Robots held by programs rather than wallets, such as some marketplace listings, may be skipped for a round.
• If your wallet has no $BOT account, the first payout opens one for you at our cost, once. If that account is later closed or frozen, or can't receive for any other reason, your share for that round stays in the Vault for future rounds.
• $BOT's issuer can pause all $BOT transfers, freeze accounts and move $BOT out of any account, including the Vault's. If it does, payouts to robot holders can stop or shrink.
• We depend on stonk.fun, Solana and the $BOT issuer, none of which we control. If any of them stops working or changes its rules, rewards can stop.

5. PAUSES AND CHANGES

We may pause the robot line at any time, for example to fix a problem. $RO that arrives while the line is paused is kept and handled when it restarts. We may change the site and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

6. YOUR ROBOT

Owning a robot means owning the NFT on-chain. You may show and share your robot's image while you hold it. The RO/BOT name, logo and artwork otherwise remain ours.

7. RISKS

• Token prices are volatile and can go to zero.
• Blockchains, wallets, launchpads and our own software can fail, be attacked or have bugs.
• If you lose access to your wallet, nobody can recover your $RO, robots or rewards.
• Laws around tokens can change and may affect you or the project.
• You are responsible for your own taxes.

8. PRIVACY

There are no accounts, no cookies and no tracking on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs. Everything on a blockchain, including your wallet's activity, is public by design. Looking up a wallet on this site only reads public chain data.

9. NO WARRANTY, LIMITED LIABILITY

The site, $RO and robots are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site, sending tokens, holding $RO or robots, or relying on anything we publish.
